A City Car Concepts

There are some conditions on the city car concept, I will mention it one by one. First is the winsome design, so that people do not interfere with the design of your city car :). Second, strong engine so the car can drive you wherever you go. Third, we must consider the environment to remain green, then a city car must be low pollution. Fourth price that is affordable for the whole society. Can you add more conditions?
