Airbus Aircraft Converted to Formula 1 Cars


Racing car event 'jet land' Formula 1 will be held on 1 November 2009 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This moment appears to be used by Etihad Airways of Abu Dhabi by paint all over the body of the plane with the symbol of Formula 1.

"We are very happy, we can fly our fleet with F1 theme to the whole world," said Executive Vice President of Abu Dhabi Etihad Airways, Peter Baumgartner, in the information submitted to the VIVAnews through a spokesman IPM Public Relations, Teddy Arifianto, Tuesday, 13 January 2009.

Plane wich get the spray 'air brush' is a type of Airbus A340 600 series. In the picture, this plane display has a dynamic design with white on the front of the plane. There are also red in the fuselage. The official F1 logo placed in the plane machines. Do not forget the famous chequered flag displayed on the back or plane tail.

This aircraft is operated on Etihad flight from Abu Dhabi to London, Sydney, New York and Toronto. Etihad ensure, that aircraft design will attract the attention of racing fans around the world while spreading enthusiasm of F1 Grand Prix event in the United Arab Emirates.

Before this A340 aircraft, the company based in the capital of the United Arab Emirates also has an A320 aircraft which also be painted with special symbols F1 car racing event. A320 aircraft has been flying since last year to every country in the short-haul route on flying network Etihad including Amman, Cairo and Beirut.
